The fourth phase of Westover Park is complete and includes four new sections with a total of 265 lots with home prices from the $150's to the $350's. Section 8B includes 43, 60' lots. DR Horton Homes and Perry Homes are the featured builders in this section. Section 12 is nearing completion and will continue the 60’ lot program with Perry Homes and Ryland Homes. Section Nine includes 55, 70' lots clustered around a neighborhood park and lake. These lots are now an extra ten to twenty feet deep to allow for larger backyards or detached, three car garages. Newmark Homes and Ryland Homes will be the featured builders in this section. Section Ten is a continuation of our popular and affordable 50’ lots. It includes 104, 50' lots.
